The FIRE In Her Eyes

Dress ZARA, jacket BERSHKA

If someone had told me five or ten years ago that I would be working in the restaurant industry, I would have laughed. I was never drawn to cooking, nor did I ever picture myself in this field. I simply loved to eat — and that love, surprisingly, became one of the driving forces behind my journey. Today, the restaurant business is not just my profession; it’s my passion and purpose. Born with a naturally creative soul, I’ve always found joy in building and expressing. That inner urge to create eventually led me to launch my own brand — something I had long dreamed of, though I never imagined it would take shape as a restaurant. But now, nothing feels more natural. Travelling has played a key role in shaping both my taste and my vision. I believe the foundation of a great restaurant — much like great style — lies in visual and sensory awareness. Experiencing different cuisines, exploring new flavours, and discovering unique ingredients inspire me constantly. Every meal abroad is a spark for new ideas at home. My style has evolved alongside my journey.

As someone always on the move, with a dynamic daily routine, I gravitate toward comfort — sporty, practical pieces that empower me to stay active and focused. But when I dress up, I lean into elegance. Black is my go-to colour; it gives me confidence and calm. And my signature red lipstick? Always. Just like a beautiful fragrance — the final detail that completes a look. After all, the best perfumers don’t ask what scent you’re wearing, they ask: what are you dressed in today? For me, style is never just about clothes. It’s about presence, self-expression, and how you carry yourself. Confidence, self-love, creativity — these are the true ingredients of style. And when they’re present, everything else naturally falls into place.
