This weekend the two-week second European festival of cultural heritage "Fantasia" starts. It will be opened with a conference on architectural heritage and opening of pop up of the museum dedicated to the history of Baku, and will continue with exhibitions, film viewings, concerts, master classes and theatrical performances.
